The Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be livestreamed on June 25, 2021 (Friday) at 10:00 A.M.
To ensure the safety and welfare of our stockholders and other stakeholders, our Annual Stockholders' Meeting (ASM) will be broadcasted via livestreaming accessible to successfully registered participants. Our stockholders will be allowed to participate through remotely communication during the ASM and vote in absentia through the online voting facility.

Any stockholder who wishes to participate in the ASM via livestreaming and to exercise their vote in absentia or through remote comminication must notify the Corporate Secretary by registering at asmregister.premiumleisurecorp.com and by submitting supporting information on or before June 22, 2021, 12:00 P.M. Registration opens on June 4, 2021. All information and documents shall be verified and validated by the Corporate Secretary.

Livestream
To join the livestream, a stockholder must first register through the registration portal. Further instruction shall be provided upon successful registration.
